Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment less than 36 hours in advance your deposit will be taken or charged to the card on file. If you need to reschedule your appointment you need to do so within a week of your originally scheduled appointment otherwise your deposit will be taken. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or no-show your appointment your card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked or an invoice will be sent.
